This paper undertakes a study of behavior solutions corresponding to von Karman thermoelastic plates involving nonlinear source. It is well-known that the source term gives rise finite-time blow-up and drives system possible instability. So, it interest explore mechanism dissipation. In this paper, on one hand, for low initial energy, we apply modified potential well method differential inequality argument prove solution globally exists decays exponentially zero if data starts from stable set fails exist when unstable set. On other high with aid monotonicity $ L^{2} norm positive perturbed constant some as energy inequalities, are in position studied problem blows up finite time. At last, an explicit lower bound time obtained.
